◾️There is a NON REFUNDABLE booking fee before an appointment is made.
◾️ A minimum non-refundable booking fee of #50,000/#40,000 is required upon confirmed booking for Brows and #10,000 for Lashes. This fee is part of the total cost of your service.
◾️ NO REFUNDS but you can reschedule ‼️‼️‼️
◾️No need to wear make up or treat your brows while coming for appointment.
◾️Our services are minimum of 2hours starting from the time slot chosen in your appointment. Please be punctual.
◾️After 15 minutes of late arrival, 50% of your booking fee is forfeited and after 30mins, appointment is cancelled and booking fee forfeited.
◾️You can only reschedule ONE time with same booking fee. Contact us at least 24hrs before re-scheduling.
◾️ IF YOU HAVE EXISTING BROW, Kindly share your BROW picture to 08066353617 for assessment BEFORE BOOKING.
◾️ Previous brow work MUST be assessed or your booking fee will be forfeited.
◾️ We Do NOT refill lashes done by other Artiste.
◾️ Social Media content extraction is done during procedure.
◾️ No additional guests or kids are allowed unless you obtained permission from us prior to your appointment.
